Our Value-Based Pricing model is a response to the traditional emphasis on maximizing billable hours.
We have abandoned the high fees, inefficient work practices and hourly billing of BigLaw and have instituted our NewLaw model. Under this model, our clients benefit from the comfort knowing they are paying for value received rather than time spent. Simply put, we don’t sell time. We sell intellectual capital.
We work with our clients to determine necessary legal services and build a pricing model reflective of the depth and scope of required services. Our commitment to transparency, cost-efficiency and budgetary certainty are operational pillars and will remain evident throughout our working relationship.
